She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education, which was Integrated Social Studies from Bowling Green State University and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Medieval History at Durham University. During her career, Kirsten has worked as a small business owner, office manager, and social studies teacher at Moon Area School District. She was also employed as an adjunct professor at Community College of Allegheny County where she taught students about her areas of expertise.
Currently, Kirsten is primarily focused on raising her sons while volunteering as the Treasurer of the Child Health Association of Sewickley. Additionally, she has demonstrated her dedication to her community by serving as a supply department associate and student librarian at St. Chad's College, and as an office manager at Bellwether.
