Kirsten Jack is a neurodiverse entrepreneur with a strong focus on creating social impact. She is the co-founder of Uncommon, a venture dedicated to providing mental health services for neurodiverse youth.

With two decades of experience, Kirsten has served as a consultant on digital innovation and inclusive economic development in more than 20 countries including China, Nigeria, India, and the UK. Her expertise ranges from advising governments to working with foundations and corporates.

Kirsten played a pivotal role in developing London's initial cyber security strategy while working at the Mayor's Greater London Authority. She has also advised tech companies on growth strategies and held leadership positions in organizations such as the Climate Group and the European Data Protection Supervisor.

Her educational background includes a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in International Planning from University College London, and an MSc in Urban Design and Regional Planning from Université de Cergy-Pontoise.

In addition to her current role at Uncommon, Kirsten has held various positions in organizations such as ZINC, Tapis Intelligence, ICED Facility, Adam Smith International, and more, where she has contributed her expertise in climate change, infrastructure development, and smart technologies.
