Kirk Macolini is the President & Principal Consultant at InteliSpark,LLC, a consulting firm specializing in securing funding for small businesses primarily through SBIR/STTR funding.

With a background in Computer Science, Kirk has a track record of helping small innovative companies match their ideas with funding opportunities and turn them into successful projects.

In his role at InteliSpark, Kirk has helped secure well over $200,000,000 in non-dilutive funding for start-ups through SBIR, STTR, and other government research funding programs.

Specializing in creating and identifying funding opportunities, complete proposal development services, market research, and business development consulting, Kirk's expertise lies in turning ideas into winning SBIR proposals.

Prior to founding InteliSpark, Kirk held various positions including Director of Strategic Development at ArchieMD, Product Manager/Business Development at GrammaTech, and Software Engineer at various organizations.

Kirk's educational background includes a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Outside of his professional career, Kirk has also served in the military as a Combat Engineer Squad Leader at the Army National Guard and as a Counterintelligence Agent in the US Army.
