Kirk Exner

Kirk Exner, President of Amego Capital Corp. and Newcoast Capital Corp.

Kirk Exner is the President of Amego Capital Corp. (TSXV) and Newcoast Capital Corp., a private investment and consulting firm he has led since 1998.12 During his time at Newcoast Capital, he has held senior management roles with Canadian-listed public companies and provided management consulting services to private and publicly-traded companies in Canada.1

Prior to his current roles, Exner was a corporate finance analyst at Golden Capital Securities in Vancouver from 1997 to 1998.1 He holds an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business and a B.Sc. in Cellular Biology from the University of British Columbia.1

Exner has been actively involved in the Canadian public equity markets since 2002.1 He has also provided corporate development and business development advisory services to 4D Technologies over the past 4 months.2
