I created this LLC as a means to extend technical services around educational technology and online learning systems design, development, and evaluation to global clients in the higher education space. My initial major services project was focused in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa, providing assistance in the design and implementation of the first university accredited online degree programs at Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria. I am currently working recently been working in Tanzania looking for elearning opportunities at the university, association, and governmental agency levels.

Update: I left EA4 to focus on my health and ease into semi-retirement. ea4 Global llc is a new collaboration between myself as CEO of eVisionstrategy LLC, John Gilkey (CEO of Artemis Solutions Group) and Bill Knapp (CEO of 4Point Solutions). Together we bring over 60 years of experience in educational technology solutions and software, web and learning application design and development, elearning infrastructure, content, and delivery systems, and business development and strategic planning. We have worked in Nigeria and are now focused on eastern Africa (Uganda) with a vision of accelerating learning throughout the region through the provision of targeted and scalable elearning solutions.

Hired to build the technology infrastructure (MVU offices and data center) at MVU from the ground up in late 1998. Member of founding management team for MVU.

Executive Director of Educational Technology

Twenty years of teaching and managing the Photographic Imaging Technology Program. Helped create the Center for Teaching Excellence. Worked with Abel Sykes, LCC's second president, to bring about significant change on campus related to advising, basic skills assessment, and online learning. Helped to manage the creation of the first complete online degree program at LCC in 1997. Last position was Director of Distance Learning; recuited away to help build MVU in 1998.
