Kirby Binayao

Kirby Binayao is a professional with a diverse background, starting in renal nursing for his pre-med studies before transitioning to earn an MBA from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan. Throughout his career, Kirby has founded and successfully sold three companies, with ventures ranging from digital marketing to e-commerce and currently focusing on digital health.

As the Founder and CEO of RenalTracker under Binnovate Digital Health BV, Kirby leads a digitally-driven kidney lifestyle program aimed at delaying the need for dialysis. The program integrates evidence-based curriculum, behavior design, and personalized health coaching, leveraging data analytics to track and improve health outcomes for patients.

Kirby's educational journey includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing and Healthcare and Business from Xavier University. He also completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the same institution, showing a well-rounded academic foundation that complements his entrepreneurial endeavors.

In addition to his role at RenalTracker, Kirby Binayao previously served as a Founding Board Member at the Dutch Startup Association, showcasing his involvement in the startup ecosystem and his dedication to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
