•	Designing the next generation provisioning system to enable shipping one image to every market channel (Mobile operator, open market).

Program Manager - Operating Systems Group

•	Highly technical PM for the Windows Phone CellCore team
•	Drove the Windows Phone 8 re-architecture to move the Cellular stack from the CE kernel to the NT kernel
•	Owned the Radio Interface Layer and the modem interfaces for SMS, Calling, SIM access and associated radio services.
•	Owned the security model at the driver layer 
•	Primary owner and external engineering contact for all partner APIs for the Cellular stack

Program Manager - Windows Phone

•	Designed and wrote enterprise-grade server-side systems. 
•	Joint venture with Jemez Technology Corporation of New Mexico (www.jemeztechnology.com).
•	Created a secure, encrypted, standards-compliant evidence management and PC/ Cell/SMS/Email notiﬁcation solution for smart video surveillance system. 
Lead backend engineer for Flarify, a secondary company project to build a multi-interface (web, mobile) subscription and notification push system using REST, eJabberd, MySQL and CouchDB.
