Kiran Patel

Kiran Patel is a litigation and dispute resolution partner at Dentons' New York office with vast experience in representing clients facing white-collar investigations by the federal government. Patel has successfully achieved positive outcomes for clients in various stages, including declinations before filing charges, appeals, trial work, and dispositive motions. Notably, he specializes in cases involving the False Claims Act and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in different industries, including health care and financial services. Prior to joining Dentons, he served as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office, District of Maryland. Besides being fluent in Spanish, Kiran holds a JD from the University of California and BA in International studies from Vassar College.
