Kiran Mahal

Kiran Mahal is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in law, biochemistry, and commerce. They earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Biochemistry and a Minor in Commerce from The University of British Columbia.

Kiran has a rich history of professional experiences in various organizations. They have held roles such as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, a Judicial Law Clerk at both the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and a Legal Intern at the High Court of Delhi under the Chambers of The Honourable Acting Chief Justice Gita Mittal. Additionally, Kiran has served as a Summer Law Student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and a Summer Law Student at the Crown Law Office - Civil within the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.

Aside from legal roles, Kiran has also been involved in community and strategic initiatives. They have worked as a Community Architect Consultant at Wedu Global, a Strategic Initiatives and Special Projects Coordinator at The University of British Columbia, and held positions such as Director and Vice President in various university associations. Kiran's experience also extends to coordinating internships at the Alma Mater Society of UBC Vancouver.
