Kiran Jaladi

Kiran Jaladi is a Certified Scrum Master with over 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering, specializing in the Insurance domain. With a background in managing diverse projects encompassing Functional testing, Non GUI based Testing, Configuration Testing, Test Architecture, Performance Engineering, and Test Automation.

Kiran has a strong expertise in overseeing QA activities for Policy Administration systems, Conversion projects, and Multi-state rollout projects across Personal and Commercial Insurance sectors. He has successfully led Legacy re-platforming initiatives and strategic transformation programs. Additionally, he is skilled in managing testing engagements for Policy Admin systems developed using third-party Configuration tools and COTS products.

With a hands-on approach, Kiran excels in End-to-End Test management, encompassing Test process management, Test Architecture definition, Capacity management, and Knowledge management.

He pursued a Masters in Computer Programming and Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, as well as a Bachelor's in Computer Programming and Computer Applications from Nagarjuna University.

Formerly holding various roles at Cognizant including Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Associate, Associate, Programmer Analyst, and Programmer, Kiran's experience spans a wide range of project management responsibilities. Currently serving as the IT Director for Digital Apps at State Auto Insurance.
