Kinzie Hamer Sauer

Kinzie Hamer Sauer is a skilled art director and creative director, with a wealth of experience in leading product and consumer design for major brands. Kinzie holds a Graduate degree in Graphic Design from Miami Ad School Atlanta, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career as a Health & Fitness Editor at The Austin Student Newspaper before moving into graphic design and art direction roles at J.Crew and as an art director at Beautycounter. In her current role as Creative Director at Beautycounter, Kinzie leads design efforts across product and consumer-facing communications.

Throughout her career, Kinzie has demonstrated a keen eye for design, an ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a commitment to bringing a fresh, modern approach to her work. She is a skilled communicator, with experience directing photoshoots, collaborating with brand teams and creative agencies, and managing teams of designers and artists to produce engaging and impactful work.
