Kinsey Hart is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a wealth of professional experience. Kinsey is the Founder & CEO of Alva Fine Jewelry, showcasing her entrepreneurial skills. She has a strong foundation from her residency at The Garage at Northwestern and her roles as an MBA and MS Design Innovation Candidate at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Her previous experiences include positions at well-known organizations such as Chingona Ventures, Upwork, Deloitte, Inspire Inc., and The Oxford Strategy Group. Throughout her career, she has held various roles ranging from Consultant to Manager, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in different environments.
