Kingston Lai comes from a banking background in Derivatives and Structured Products but has since become a leading figure in international real estate and entrepreneurship, with a focus on Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam. As the Owner and CEO of multiple companies including Asia Bankers Club, Ashton Hawks, Golden Emperor Properties, Knightsbridge & Partners, Emperor Key, and Denzell Vietnam, Kingston has made a significant impact in the industry. Prior to his current roles, Kingston served as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, where he managed institutional sales & distribution to financial institutions in South East Asia. With over 12 years of experience as an investment banker, Kingston has accumulated a vast network of contacts through his various roles in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
