Oversee the Rollout of the Global Liquidity Management platform to Asia, Africa, middle east countries and US from the requirement stage till production verification stage.

Managed the migration of client setup from the old Liquidity Management platform to the new global platform, work closely on the solutions with country and global Product Management teams if any gap identified during the analysis on the client setup.

Worked closely with Sales, product management and implementation teams in term of solution and implementation for New RFPs.

Managed enhancements requested upon client request, market captured.

•	Oversee the planning, budget, development, implementation for the Payments, Liquidity Management and Trade applications.

•	Managed the Design and delivery of the bespoke Payment Engine for DBS, which then rolled out to our key business hubs in Singapore and Hong Kong

•	Managed the design and delivery of a DBS’ Global Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance system to our key business hubs in Singapore, Macau and Hong Kong. This in turn created the foundation for regional rollout to the remaining 12 countries
