Kimm has worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Infosys Consulting, where he utilized his expertise to source top talent for the organization.

Prior to that, he held roles as a Training Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting, showcasing his skills in employee development and recruitment strategies.
