Kimberly Thai, MA is an accomplished educational leader with over 13 years of experience in creating and implementating strategies to promote professional growth within the education industry. Thoroughly experienced in developing programs to expand learning opportunities through onsite, online, and conference platforms. She has exceptional communication skills to build and implement training plans to streamline protocols, increasing inclusivity in the workplace. With a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from San Francisco State University, Kimberly furthered her studies with a Master of Arts in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco. She founded the TR Learning Group, served as Executive Director, and Field Education and Training Specialist at Bright Horizons. She currently includes the task of graduate student at the University of San Francisco.
