With over 28 years of experience in human resources across various consumer-focused industries, she has developed expertise in talent acquisition strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and education programs.12

Prior to establishing Strong Connexion, Kimberly held the position of Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Target Corporation. In this role, she was instrumental in implementing communications and training plans that significantly improved diversity awareness and employee engagement among over 366,000 employees across numerous locations.12 Her leadership has been marked by a commitment to aligning corporate objectives with effective human resource practices to foster inclusive work environments.
