- Designed learner database schema and developed administrative, finance, marketing, and research support and reporting tools
- Implemented all projects with multi-language support and a focus on accessibility standards

- Developed applications using ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and SQL
- Built a cooperative purchasing application that enabled municipalities to collectively bid, taking advantage of group purchasing power and reducing the administrative burden of cooperative purchasing
- Helped transition web application development from external developers to an internal team

- Built the front end of BillingZone.com using ColdFusion, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
- Member of a project team responsible for the design and implementation of digital marketplaces for business to business e-commerce
