Kimberly Coughlin

Kimberly Coughlin is the Co-Owner, Chief Operating Officer, and Licensed Solar Qualifier at Bison Roofing & Solar in South Florida.

With over a decade in the roofing industry and almost five years in solar photovoltaics, Kimberly is dedicated to making a positive impact on others and the planet.

Becoming one of the first ten women in Florida to earn her Solar Contractors License in 2016 showcased her commitment to excellence and expertise in the field.

Starting her career climbing roofs as the only female in sales for a roofing company in 2006, Kimberly's journey led her to South Florida where she established a successful roofing and solar business with her husband.

Her role as COO involves translating the company's vision into actionable plans, emphasizing innovation and continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.

Kimberly is a proactive member of various organizations supporting women in construction and sustainable energy industries, such as WISE, WRISE, NAWIC, and the NWIR.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University and resides in Fort Lauderdale with her husband and two dogs.
