Kimberly Charvet

Kimberly Charvet is the owner of Quiet Spark Coaching, a business dedicated to providing coaching services specifically for introverted women. She launched this venture nearly two years ago, motivated by her own experiences as an introverted woman in Corporate America. Her mission focuses on helping individuals embrace their true selves and leverage the unique strengths of introverts to achieve personal and professional success.123

In addition to her coaching work, Kimberly has a background in management, currently serving as a manager at Allstate, where she oversees a team responsible for deploying software changes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Carthage College and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA.1
