Kimberley Abbott is an accomplished leader and social entrepreneur with a strong background in engineering and innovation. Originally from Australia, she attended the University of Wollongong where she received a degree in Engineering and Science with a focus on innovative cardiovascular engineering technology. She went on to found and operate several successful social enterprises with a focus on economic empowering women in rural India through the establishment of a social business.

She recently founded Vested, a company that aims to redefine millionaires as people who impact the lives of millions through data-driven impact assessments to guide investment in socially impactful projects. Previously, Abbott has worked as the Engineering Innovation Lead at Thales UK, where she led emerging technology projects in the fields of unmanned autonomous systems, smart cities, cyber-security, and health and usage monitoring systems. Additionally, she has served as CEO at Social Impact Innovation Ltd., as well as Non-Executive Director at Epic CIC. Her expertise and contributions have been recognized with several awards, including the 2020 JCI (Junior Chamber International) Australia's 10 Top Outstanding Young People, the 2016 Commonwealth Youth Award for Excellence in Development Work, and she has been named in Financial Review's Top 100 Women of Influence.
