Provided executive support to the President's office at Raytheon IIS.   Performed a wide array of administrative tasks to include, but not limited to, coordinated the President’s domestic and international travel, including corporate jet and commercial flights, accommodations, and transportation.  Submitted clearance paperwork for foreign contacts and ensured all visas were up to date. Dial in/roll call for all the President’s meetings to include tracking the presentations from attendees prior to the meeting and confirming all approved delegates. Other duties included managing the executive level conference rooms and office inventory, catering for the President’s monthly meetings, contact management, approvals on behalf of the President, coordinated weekend packages and prep material for the following week’s meetings, submitted VIP guests, prepared and submitted expense reports, coordinated SLT dinners/events. Coordinated with facilities for all SLT meetings, Board Meetings, and customer visits to ensure tidiness, cleanliness, etc.  Responsibilities included logistics of the board meetings and collaboration pertaining to the preparation of board meeting materials.  Maintained common areas, organized procedures, oversaw supplies by stocking and restocking, business cards, assisted with onboarding, and many other tasks.  Established detailed knowledge of the Raytheon Leadership Team members, business locations, and assigned positions. Provide executive level support to the CEO and the CFO, CIO, and COO of a for-profit hospital.  This position served as the liaison to the CEO and Senior Management Team maintaining open lines of communication among senior executives, middle management, and administrative staff involving the matters of the executive office; provided served as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and Senior Management Team.  Responsibilities included working with the Board of Trustees coordinating the communication and logistics of the board meetings, preparation of board meeting materials, prepared read ahead materials and disseminated the company reports and slide presentations for daily and monthly meetings, transcribed the minutes; maintained strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, and other records; worked with CEO and Senior Management Team on special projects; organized special events such as Community Town Halls and monthly Employee Town Halls, reviewed CEOs email for priority messages and responded accordingly; extensive calendar management ensuring schedules allowed for sufficient time between meetings without conflicts; prepared official correspondence, reports, charts, and graphics using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; screened calls to the executive office and determined the nature of the call; responded to verbal and email inquiries and requests; ensured the CEO was kept informed; updated the CEO/Senior Management Team on issues which needed their immediate attention; scheduled travel arrangements, prepared and reconciled expense reports; updated and maintained organizational chart. Provided executive level support to the CEO and co-supported three (3) other executives of the non-profit organization, YFT, which was founded by Washington Redskins Coach Joe Gibbs over 25 years ago.  This position served as the liaison to the CEO which involves all matters of the executive office and availability to the CEO at all times.  Responsibilities included extensive calendar management ensuring schedule allowed for sufficient time between meetings; prepared official correspondence, reports, charts, and graphics using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; screened calls to the executive office and determined the nature of the call; managed and responded to CEO’s email and updated him on issues which needed his immediate attention; responded to inquiries and requests on behalf of the CEO.  Other responsibilities included, but not limited to, maintained an appropriate level of office supplies, organized and maintained the new filing system, utilized automated computer systems, prepared travel arrangements, and served as the team expert on matters pertaining to administrative procedures.  Assisted with the planning, development, and coordination of fundraisers and Galas reaching goals of $1M with over a 1,000 in attendance.  Responsible for attending and taking minutes of weekly Leadership Team meetings, monthly Executive Management Team meetings, and quarterly Board meetings.
