Kim West has an extensive background in education, with 22 years of experience in teaching and instructional coaching.
Having worked at Onesimo Hernandez Elementary and Kramer IB World School in Dallas ISD for 18 years, Kim has a solid foundation in the education sector.
Throughout her career, Kim has taught a range of grade levels from 2nd to 6th and specialized in coaching elementary mathematics.
Currently, Kim serves as the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme Coordinator at Kramer IB World School, where she successfully led the school through the authorization process, making Kramer the first authorized PYP in Dallas ISD.
