Kim Sokolik-Gellman is a highly experienced professional in the food and meat industry. With a focus on surplus buying and selling, as well as close-dated, seconds, and closeout products in both raw and fully cooked proteins, Kim has become a renowned Protein Specialist. In addition to offering shelf-stable protein products to food banks and distributors across the country, Kim also holds a BA in English and Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kim's career in the food industry began when they served as an Allen Foods Marketing Event Coordinator at US Foodservice, and later took on the role of Marketing Manager at Foodmaker, Inc. and Jack In The Box Restaurants. Before this, Kim owned Artistic Sensations, an online store that specialized in unique and beautiful items for kids.
