Kim Christiansen

Kim Kris Christiansen is a seasoned project manager and process improvement specialist with over a decade of experience in the pharmaceutical, public, and private sectors. A graduate of the Copenhagen Business School with degrees in Supply Chain Management and Management Development, and Scandinavian International Management Institute's Managing Medical Product Innovation, she has worked in a range of industries, from forestry to petroleum distribution before landing her dream CAREER in project management. Her skills have been put to use at some of the world's top companies, including Novo Nordisk, GN Group, and CIBER Danmark A/S, and she has been instrumental in driving change and creativity in projects. Kim is an analytical thinker who has a talent for keeping a big picture vision in mind while executing on important details. Through her ability to effectively span boundaries and apply a process perspective, Kim has successfully implemented strategic agendas that drive business, people, and technology forward.
