Kim Klinedinst Miller is a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience in developing and designing large-scale training and educational programs. She is an entrepreneurial-minded workhorse known for her effectiveness, organization, and creativity. Kim has earned a Master of Arts in Sports Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California, Davis. She has contributed her skills at organizations such as Stitch Fix, The North Face, and TRX Training, where she held various roles such as Global Director of Instructional Design, Marketing Manager, and Manager of Education Operations. Her expertise in instructional design, training and development, project management, program assessment and evaluation, cross-functional partnership, and business strategy and execution has earned her the nickname “Kim Possible” for her ability to make the impossible possible.
