Raised in an entrepreneurial environment, Kim's journey in the social sector began as a freelance graphic designer working with charities, leading her to found Phil, a B Corp focused on delivering strategic, fundraising, and communication support to socially-missioned organizations.
Kim's ultimate goal is to make the world a better place by redefining business success through social impact, with Phil being at the forefront of this 'business for good' movement.
She draws inspiration from Phil's clients who show resilience in the face of challenges, and she leads a team dedicated to creating systemic change in the social sector.
Kim holds a BFA in Design Art from Concordia University and a DEC in Creative Arts from Marianopolis College.
Her previous roles include Founder & CEO at Phil, Owner at IDG Communications (Montreal), Graphic Design Teacher at Rosemount Technology Centre, and Junior Graphic Designer at Patterson Communications.
