Kim Field

Kim Field is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience in management consulting and retail banking. Kim holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from INSEAD, where she graduated with academic distinction. Prior to her MBA, Kim pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Science with a major in Economics from the University of Cape Town, where she received First Class Honours and was on the Dean's List. Kim also attended St Stithians College in Johannesburg. With a wealth of experience in the business sector, Kim has worked as a Manager and Consultant at Bain & Company, gaining valuable insights into strategic management and business operations. She interned at Amazon as part of the MBA Summer Internship program. Additionally, she held roles at Nedbank, where she served as the Retail Banking Strategy Team Leader and Business Analyst in the retail banking division.
