Kiley's professional journey began as a Research Programmer at the Carnegie Mellon Institute for Complex Engineered Systems. This experience laid the foundation for a successful career in the technology industry. Kiley has held significant roles in several organizations, where they have showcased their expertise and leadership abilities.

At Helpshift, Kiley serves as the Director of Product Solutions, responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions to meet customer needs. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales Engineering at Helpshift, where they played a vital role in driving sales and delivering technical solutions to clients. Kiley has also served as a Security Architect at Polyverse Corporation, both in the Sales Engineering and Customer Success departments, ensuring the security and functionality of the company's software offerings.

Before joining Polyverse Corporation, Kiley was the Chief Technology Officer and President of Product Development at 7MB Technologies. Their innovative thinking and technical prowess contributed to the success of the company. Additionally, Kiley has experience as a Program Manager II at iSoftStone, where they oversaw successful project implementation.

In addition to their diverse work experience, Kiley has also co-founded Thyme Technologies, Inc., demonstrating their entrepreneurial spirit and ability to bring ideas to fruition. Kiley's extensive background also includes roles at Microsoft, Empatek Solutions as an Independent Contractor, and various positions in web development and consulting.
