Kiet Lam

Kiet Lam is a highly educated professional with a strong academic background. He holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Public Policy & Analysis from Baruch College, School of Public Affairs. Additionally, he pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and completed his B.A in Economics from Yale University.

In terms of work experience, Kiet Lam has held various significant positions in prestigious organizations. Currently, he serves as a Litigation Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Prior to this role, he worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the Federal Public Defender's office. Additionally, Kiet has worked as a Summer Associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and as a Judicial Extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Before his legal career, Kiet Lam ventured into policy analysis as a freelance Policy Analyst. He also interned for Carolyn Maloney for Congress and worked as a Corporate Immigration Paralegal at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. Furthermore, he gained insights into the legal system through a Summer Internship at the New Orleans Civil District Court.
