Kieran (K.P.) McNeill

Kieran McNeill is an accomplished entrepreneur and brand builder with extensive knowledge in finance and merchandise planning. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Texas A&M University. With over two decades of experience in the fashion industry, Kieran has held several managerial and executive roles in various companies.

Kieran co-founded Billy Reid, a high-fashion retail store, where he served as CEO for over seven years. Under his leadership, the brand grew in popularity and expanded globally. Before that, he was the Executive Director of Merchandise Planning and Allocation at Gadzooks Inc., where he gained valuable experience in inventory management and strategic planning.

Currently, Kieran is the Partner and CEO at imogene + willie, a Nashville-based clothing and accessories brand. His exceptional leadership skills and business acumen have been instrumental in developing the brand into one of the most influential fashion companies in the US.
