Kieran Aylward is a seasoned Real Estate and Workplace Experience Director with over 20 years of diverse professional experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. He has a deep understanding of international fine dining and beverage, luxury hotel and cruise ship hospitality, facilities management, and performance management and improvement. As a flexible, collaborative, and creative leader, Kieran is highly skilled at hiring and retaining best-in-class talent and understands the need to balance big-picture thinking with mission-critical details.

Kieran has demonstrated his agility and innovation in designing, building, and operating custom-designed office centers while keeping an eye on market fluctuations and opportunities. He co-founded and directed Helix Workspace and served as the General Manager at Regus. Currently, Kieran holds the position of Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate services firm.

Kieran began his career in the hospitality industry at Swissôtel Zurich as a Room Service Steward and went on to serve as a Sommelier at Princess Cruises and the Food and Beverage Manager at Fitzpatrick Hotel Group. He also worked as a Bar Steward at The Dorchester, building his customer-service and hospitality expertise.

Kieran graduated from Mount Sion CBS Waterford and received further education from Dublin Institute of Technology. He holds dual U.S./Irish Citizenship and has a shrewd negotiating skill that comes in handy when overseeing contracts with suppliers.
