Khoi (Max) Tran is an accomplished professional in the fields of Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Special Situations, Financial Structuring, Corporate Finance, Strategic Advisory, and Business Development.
His educational background includes passing CFA Level 2 at the CFA Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from the National Economics University (NEU) in Vietnam, and studying Mathematics at the High School for Gifted Students, Hanoi University of Science, Vietnam National University.
Khoi (Max) Tran has gained valuable experience working as an Investment Associate at Access Ventures LLC, and previously held roles as an Investment Banking Associate at Favour Capital, an Investment Officer at FPT Capital, and an Investment Analyst at BIDV Securities (BSC).
