Khethiwe Nkuna is an accomplished professional with over 16 years of experience in Transformation, Corporate Social Investment, Marketing, Inclusion & Diversity, Public Relations & Brand management.

Currently serving as The Executive Head of Corporate Citizenship and Inclusion and Diversity at Accenture, she oversees the portfolio across Africa and is responsible for strategic management and implementation of the company's Transformation, Inclusion and Diversity, Corporate Social Investment, and Stakeholder Engagement initiatives.

Passionate about developing people and communities to reach their full potential, Khethiwe Nkuna has a deep commitment to South Africa and Sub Saharan Africa's development and transformation.

She has a strong interest in the role of technology in bridging developmental gaps, with a focus on designing and scaling Digital and Blended Learning Programmes to enhance employment and entrepreneurship outcomes.

At Accenture, Khethiwe Nkuna leads teams in promoting the company's commitment to equality through initiatives focused on gender, ethnicity, LGBTI, religion, persons with disabilities, and cross-cultural diversity.

Prior to her current role, she held positions at MMI Holdings, Momentum, Mbewu Entle Consulting, and Mercedes-Benz SA, where she honed her skills in Corporate Social Investment, Marketing, and CSR.

Khethiwe Nkuna holds various qualifications including a Diploma in Marketing from IMM Graduate School of Marketing, a Programme for Management Development from UCT Graduate School of Business, and a Management Development Programme in Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment from Unisa School of Business Leadership.

Her educational background also includes a National Diploma in Credit Management from Tshwane University of Technology and additional study at the University of Cambridge.

With a track record of success in leading social impact programs and promoting diversity and inclusion, Khethiwe Nkuna continues to make a significant contribution to the business landscape in Africa.
