Khalif Rainey

Khalif Rainey is a well-known policy maker known for his collaborative approach in leadership roles and as the Founder of the Office of African American Affairs and the brain behind Hip Hop Week MKE.

His educational background includes studying commercial real estate at Marquette University's ACRE program and earning a bachelor's degree from the Nelson Mandela School of Public Policy & Urban Affairs at Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.

Khalif Rainey has a rich professional background, having served as the 7th District Alderman at the City of Milwaukee, previously holding the position of 2nd District Supervisor at the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors, and working as a Constituent Liaison/Outreach at the U.S. House of Representatives.
