Khalfan Khalfan is a legal professional with expertise in labour and employment law, corporate immigration, and privacy matters. He was called to the bar in June 2014.
Khalfan has in-depth experience advising on various aspects of labour and employment law, including litigation such as wrongful dismissal, grievance arbitration, and cases before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
His professional practice includes providing counsel on employment agreements, consulting agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, as well as termination arrangements with departing employees.
Khalfan Khalfan pursued his JD/MBA in Law and Business at the University of Windsor and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
