Khadija Kabli

Khadija Kabli is a versatile professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in program management, strategy, transformation, and consulting.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Organization Sciences and has pursued further studies in Business Administration, Management Consulting, and Communication and Media Studies from reputable institutions like Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Universiteit van Amsterdam.

In her professional journey, Khadija has served as a Program Manager at The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, where she previously managed the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity.

Prior to this, she held key roles at Deloitte Nederland, including Strategy & Transformation Officer, Consultant Programme Leadership, and Business Analyst, showcasing her expertise in consulting and strategic management.

Khadija also gained valuable experience during her time at KPMG as an Intern in the High Growth Markets Practice and contributed to various projects and initiatives at different organizations, such as serving on the Member Education Committee at Vrije Universiteit and participating in the International Research Project Vietnam 2012.

Her involvement extends to mentorship programs at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she was a Mentor in the VU Buddy Project and actively contributed to the university community as a member of the University Student council.

Additionally, Khadija has been engaged in various capacities, including as a Consultant at the Moroccan Dutch Leadership Institute, a Studentvoorlichter at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and a Tutor at HAL (Huiswerkbegeleiding), highlighting her commitment to education, leadership, and community involvement.
