Kevin Yingling

Kevin Yingling is an accomplished legal professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various prestigious organizations.

He obtained his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his BA in Political Science & Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, he studied abroad at University College Dublin and attended The Maret School.

Kevin currently serves as the Senior Competition Counsel at Google Inc. Prior to his current role, he worked as Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. He also has experience as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, and as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland under Chief Judge J. Frederick Motz. Kevin has also been a Summer Associate at Hogan & Hartson and a Legal Intern at The White House.
