Kevin Virta is the Director of R&D for Passive Access Solutions at DENSO, a position he has held since November 2017. In this role, he leads a team focused on the research and development of technologies for digital key systems that provide secure and seamless passive access solutions for automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Before joining DENSO, Virta co-founded and served as CEO of InfiniteKey, where he developed Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) microlocation technologies that transformed smartphones into passive keys for various applications. His prior experience includes significant roles in sales and business development at SpinDance, Inc., and Crayon Interface, Inc., where he was involved in pioneering connected home technologies.1

Virta holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Marketing from The University of Memphis. His extensive background in business leadership, particularly in technology and automotive sectors, positions him as a notable figure in the development of connected solutions.1
