Color Point was the largest grower in the Midwest with more than 5.1 million square feet of growing space at its facilities in Kentucky and Illinois. Products included annual bedding plants, perennials, orchids, and seasonal potted flowering plants.At Color Point, I managed the Business Intelligence Department. In conjunction with Color Point's IT team, I designed, developed, and implemented critical enterprise reports and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and environments. Select responsibilities included: 1. Leading a Point-of-Sale reporting update, working with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end changes. 2. Drafting internal quarterly reports and developing monthly financial reporting process for logistics companies.3. Recommending changes at subsidiary companies and executed the recommended changes in partnership with senior executives.4. Developing FAST (Flexible, Appropriate, Structured, Transparent) cash flow models and debt paydown models. 5. Managing the due diligence process, building internal financial models, and reviewing legal documents.
