Kevin Ruprecht

Kevin Ruprecht is currently the Data Engineering Technical Lead at WellSky, where he plays a pivotal role in leading a team of data engineers within the Payer business unit. His responsibilities include guiding technical strategy, long-term planning, prioritization, and project management, while also engaging in individual project work. Ruprecht has over a decade of experience in the analytics industry, encompassing data science, data analytics, and data engineering.12

Ruprecht's academic journey began with a focus on pharmacology, but after discovering his passion for data through a Biostatistics course, he shifted to a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology. This transition exposed him to data science, ultimately leading him to work in private industry as a data analyst. He has developed expertise in various tools and technologies, including Tableau, SQL, Python, and dbt, and has experience architecting data solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).12

Before his current role, he served as a Senior Data Engineer at WellSky, where he managed the end-to-end data pipeline for their Social Care Coordination solution, involving data extraction, transformation, and visualization.12
