He is a recognized specialist in Iraq's oil and gas sector, having spent nearly five years in Baghdad collaborating closely with the Ministry of Oil, industry leaders, and international oil companies.

With a decade of consultancy expertise, including notable stints at industry giants IBM and PwC, Kevin excels in overseeing projects in challenging environments and establishing strong client relationships.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Maryland.

Throughout his career, Kevin has held key positions such as Yamama Project Lead for PetroChina International Iraq and ExxonMobil Iraq at Airswift, Senior Development Planner for ExxonMobil's West Qurna 1 project, and various consultancy roles with renowned organizations like IBM, PwC, Michael Baker Corporation, and the US Navy.

His professional journey also includes serving as Deputy Director of Strategic Communication, Systems Engineer, Downstream Advisor at the Oil Directorate of the Coalition Provisional Authority, and as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the US Navy.
