Responsible for managing distribution partnerships and hotel connectivity for the major online travel agencies (OTAs) including Expedia and booking.com, representing more than $350 million in annual revenue.
•	Oversaw initiative to build connectivity between the Choice Hotels central reservation system (CRS) and OTA  booking engines, eliminating manual processes, booking errors and delays, and increasing revenue 30% YOY. 
•	Initiated and executed distribution agreements with DerbySoft, Tourico and GTA, expanding Choice Hotels’ distribution reach to additional consolidators.
•	Worked cross-functionally with Choice IT, marketing, revenue management, analytics and distribution teams to automate promotional rate publishing through all distribution channels resulting in a 15% increase in annual revenue.

Director, 3rd Party Connectivity

Responsible for developing and executing Choice Hotels OTA distribution strategy, including expanding and managing global distribution relationships. Established new relationships with OTAs across North America, Europe and APAC. Worked cross-functionally with sales, distribution, marketing, IT and analytics teams to optimize distribution relationships and evolve technology capabilities and connectivity. Ensured OTA distribution partnerships contained favorable terms and pricing, and protect franchisee revenue and profitability.
•	Negotiated some of the first global OTA distribution agreements in the hospitality industry with major OTAs including Travelocity and Expedia, securing rate parity, eliminating distribution fees and last room availability, giving Choice franchisees greater sales control while reducing costs. 
•	Built Choice Third-Party Distribution team responsible for managing key accounts, facilitating property on-boarding, providing help desk and customer services, educating franchisees in channel management best practices and maintaining positive franchisee relationships. 
•	Expanded international OTA distribution relationships, building sales and distribution strategies for key global markets including Asia-Pacific and Europe. 
•	Enhanced and evolved Choice’s OTA distribution platform, automating rate and inventory distribution through optimized technology interfaces and connectivity. 
•	Worked closely with Global Sales team to advance Tour Operator relationships, including renegotiating contracts, building connectivity and implementing dynamic pricing and inventory distribution.
