Kevin Qin is an accomplished medical professional with a diverse range of experiences in both academia and the medical field. He obtained his medical degree and a Master of Science degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. Prior to this, Kevin received a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University where he excelled in bio-medical engineering.
With an impressive educational background, Kevin has taken on several roles in medical and academic organizations. He was a Clinical Instructor at The University of Vermont's Robert Larner College of Medicine where he shared his expertise in medical care with students. He also served as a Resident Physician at the University of Vermont Medical Center, treating patients and applying his medical knowledge.
Kevin has also demonstrated his leadership skills, serving as the Director of Clinical Student Relations at the University of Toledo CommunityCare Clinics. He was also a former Delegate and Secretary and Treasurer of Region Five at the American Medical Association where he provided critical insights and made significant contributions to the organization.
In addition to his medical expertise, Kevin has applied his knowledge in a variety of research settings. As a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Biochemistry and Cancer Biology at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, Kevin contributed to the research and development of critical medical treatments. He also served as a Research Assistant in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and the Department of Biological Sciences at Vanderbilt University.
