Before founding The Renaissance Group, Kevin Poland worked as an industrial engineer at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and held various leadership roles within the Financial Planning Association of Tampa Bay, where he contributed to the organization's strategic initiatives.12 He holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.1
