Kevin Passalacqua

Kevin Passalacqua is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in corporate development, structured finance, project finance, and transaction services.

He holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley's Walter A. Haas School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, and has studied Business at Fairfield University.

Kevin currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Bloom Energy, a role he took on after holding various other positions within the company, including Vice President of Structured Finance, Managing Director of Bloom Electrons, Director of Project Finance, and Senior Manager of Project Finance.

Prior to his tenure at Bloom Energy, he gained valuable experience as a Program Finance Fellow at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation and as a Manager in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
