Full-time (37.5 hrs per week) Leadership position, supervising staff that provides behavioral health care services and works closely with physical health providers to maximize outcomes for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
 Provides leadership and creates vision for staff resulting in an understanding and a belief in recovery and resiliency. Plan and determine team work priorities, staff utilization and caseloads.
 Implements and monitor the team’s clinical practices, efficiencies and effectiveness.
 Provides direct services to, documents treatment, and provides clinical guidance as directed to other clinical and direct care staff as appropriate.
 Manages the Habilitation Supports Waiver application process and anticipates HSW vacancies in Berrien County. Completes assessment, crisis intervention and pre-screens as deemed appropriate.
 Assists in managing the Children’s Autism Waiver program. Assists in planning, linking, advocacy, coordination and monitoring; to assist individuals in gaining access, health services, financial assistance, employment, education, social services and natural supports.
 Develops treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives that addresses consumer needs as identified through the assessment process which meet the payor, regulatory or agency requirements.

 Provided supervision and leadership to clinical, residential, and day programming departments. Responsible for $28 million budget
 Develop and implement systems to ensure high quality, efficient, cost effective operations which support and achieve goals and objectives of the organization. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to achieve desired clinical, financial, and service outcomes.
 Participate in the development and implementation of new programs/services. Serve as licensee designee responsible for 19 Adult Foster Care Homes.
 Lead team responsible for expanding services into the state of Georgia. Residential and Community Living service development for individuals transitioning to the community from state institutions.

 Provide training and consultation to 1300 staff per year and developed CD-ROM based
rights training.
 Serve on Corporate Compliance Committee.
 Participated in workgroup for purposes of ensuring state wide coordination of rights
protection.
 Conduct and managed Medicaid Fair Hearings process.
