Kevin Nicholson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management consulting, human capital assessment, and organizational change. As the Founder of The Fidelis Advisory, he assists businesses in sourcing and nurturing top talent for sustainable growth. Kevin's extensive experience includes serving Fortune 500 companies and investors at ghSMART, focusing on management assessment and organizational transformation. His expertise spans various industries, particularly finance and technology. Prior to ghSMART, Kevin held a role as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, specializing in strategic consulting for clients within the travel, transportation, and logistics sectors. He provided insights on commercial integration, organizational design, and transformational change during Fortune 200 mergers. Before his consulting career, Kevin served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, with deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, where he was honored with the Bronze Star Medal. Kevin's academic achievements include an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Currently based near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kevin lives with his wife and three children.
