Kevin M. Hoffman is an innovative and forward-thinking senior design executive with extensive experience in digital design strategy, user experience, information architecture, web design, and application design.

With a strong track record in usability testing, consulting, meeting facilitation, interaction design, wireframing, user and product research, and process improvement, Kevin excels in creative problem-solving for businesses and team cultures.

His excellent communication skills enable him to lead large teams, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate effectively with clients and in-house teams.

He holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology, Gerontology, and Music from Duquesne University.

Kevin has held key positions at notable organizations such as Director of Design at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Vice President for Design at Capital One, and Acting CEO and Co-founder at Boardthing.

He has also made significant contributions as an author, design and facilitation expert & consultant at Rosenfeld Media, Digital Services Expert at United States Digital Service, and Founder at Seven Heads Design.
