Kevin Lehan

Kevin Lehan is a highly successful law enforcement veteran with an impressive educational background. He has a Master of Science in Law Enforcement Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in Criminal Justice, Summa Cum Laude from National University. Lehan has also completed various executive leadership development programs, including FBI National Academy Session #270, the Los Angeles Police Department Leadership Program, and the Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute.

With extensive knowledge and experience gained through years of work for the City of Carlsbad, Lehan has served in several positions such as the General Investigations Lieutenant, Police Lieutenant, and Professional Standards & Services Sergeant. He was also the President of the Carlsbad Police Officer's Association and a Board Member of the California Peace Officers' Association, where he served as Vice-Chair and Chair.

Besides his law enforcement work, Lehan has shared his knowledge as an Independent Contractor at the South Bay Regional Police Training Consortium and as an Arrest and Control Instructor at the SD Regional Police Academy. Lehan's expertise and skills also include combatives training under Blauer Tactical Systems, Inc.
